The Pulse name, design and copy are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
The Pulse app is a separate agreement
Using the Pulse app and creating or attending events is governed by the OSN terms you accept when you sign in. These site terms do not grant any right to the Pulse service itself.
No warranty & liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
